Social Organization

Government

The order of society has dramatically changed since the Inca empire and still continues to develop. In the modern day most countries have a prime minister, president or the government in rule. Some countries still have kings and queens like how the Incas had their Sapa Inca and Coya. Most of the social organisation system that the Incas had has not changed. This includes the public administrators but since we have presidents and prime ministers in our new system the power distribution is different. The role of leadership isn’t simply given to you as it has to earned by votes and hard work.

 Communication between the Countries

Since the society system has changed, there is no link to religion when it comes down to power distribution since the countries of the world have now learned to communicate and learnt about other cultures and religions. Another result of communication was the decrease of the possibility of chaos and war. Even though the worst times are behind us (World War I, II) there still are many who fight to day but because of the frequent communication and understanding between countries there is less blood shed than how it could’ve been.

Women Rights

Since the Inca’s times, the treatment of women has changed completely. Slowly through time women have gained their rights from getting jobs to voting and still demand equality between the genders. Many women are now inspirational and independent women who motivate others to make a stand. Unlike the Inca times, many women now are acknowledged the same way as their husbands and many have their own line of work. Women have gained respect and are now treated properly compared to the 1400s.
